I am passionate about everything design - from pixel art to user-centred solutions which aim to make people lives easier by turning complex problems into simple and intuitive designs based on research and prototyping. I focus on efficient usability, accessibility and meaningful emotional impact - in my opinion main ingredients of a good design.
I have experience working either within cross-functional teams while following Lean UX practices to support collaborative Agile development environments on end-to-end projects, or as a small one man studio designing and building websites and branding solutions for clients.
Coming from a communication and marketing background, I soon shifted my interests towards graphic and digital designs back in 2012, as I started my freelance design adventure. Ever since, I’ve helped numerous clients developing new business strategies and successfully designed for them products on a variety of end-to-end projects - brand identities, websites and web applications.
In 2013 I've also joined Synthetix as the 6th hire of the company. Today Synthetix is one of the leading AI-driven Digital Customer Service solutions for businesses in the UK (SaaS). I played a big part in scaling the company products and processes while leading the design work of the company on numerous B2B and B2C projects for a wide range of high-profile clients, well known brands such as Boots, KCOM, Virgin Holidays, Toyota, Lexus, Esure and National Express.
I am currently Lead Product Designer at Synthetix. As well as forging and improving the current corporate branding strategy, my work at Synthetix focuses mostly on researching, designing and prototyping new and improved UX solutions for the in-house built Multi-channel Communication Platform for contact centre agencies (which we've redesigned in 2017), and for the company line of client facing automated communication products such as Live Chats, Intelligent BOTs and Web self-service FAQs tools.
